I am Omar Hill, Lead Builder of Artisans Hill. I’m a Baltimore native who’s traveled and lived in several states throughout the US before settling and raising a family here in Raleigh since 2016. I’ve always been a builder and designer. My degrees in architecture and construction management have provided me with opportunities to work in various engineering and architecture companies up and down the east coast. Outside of construction I’ve spent time as an educator, community builder, and mentor. Artisans Hill is a vehicle to get back to nurturing relationships between artisans, trade experts by providing quality products to home owners and land owners who want to build traditionally or with newer advancements in the construction space. With the recent changes to living dynamics and how we make use of our homes and space in the states and abroad, I believe it’s a good time to explore and open up our ways of living. In my experience, a good build is when the client and builder are both appreciated and can collaborate in projects that last the test of time. Im looking forward to the future and projects.
